Shipping times will vary by the rate that you select at check-out. For domestic orders, we offer shipping through USPS or UPS. For international orders, we offer shipping through USPS, UPS, or DHL.
To check if we can ship to you, you are able to enter in your address to view shipping rates and timeframes at check-out before purchasing.
For international orders outside of the USA, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs/duties fees.
Please note: Once packages are scanned in by the mail carrier, they are no longer in our hands. We cannot assume responsibility for packages that are damaged, stolen, or lost in transit. If you need assistance in locating your package, please reach out to your local postmaster.
We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect mailing addresses. Please make sure that you provide your correct mailing address. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to ship back out if a package were to be returned to us.
We offer optional shipping insurance through Route, a third party company. We highly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order. With Route, you are covered if your package is damaged, stolen, or lost in transit.
To add insurance to your order, look for the Route widget on the Cart page and click ‘add’ before proceeding to the Check-out page.

All sales (online + in person) are final. Personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours after order is placed online. To cancel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Domestic exchanges are accepted up to 10 days after your order has been marked delivered. Piece(s) must be in the condition that they were sent in. Customer is responsible for the $10 shipping fee. Your jewelry is delicate, not indestructible but we understand that accidents can happen. Please feel free to reach out to us if you are needing repair on a Rising piece.
